Riga, Latvia – April 8, 2025 – During the Riga Stradins University prestigious Research Week 2025, held from March 24-28, Dr. Aelita Plinta, Quality Manager at the Jelgava City Hospital, presented the compelling results of a clinical investigation study focused on the Inicare Nura patient monitoring system.
The study, conducted in 2024 at the Jelgava City Hospital internal ward, was a collaborative effort between Jelgava City Hospital, Riga based open innovation management company Helve, and Inicare as part of the Open Health Labs Accelerator program initiated by the Latvian National Health Service. The primary objective of the study was to evaluate the clinical relevance and performance of the Nura system in a real-world hospital environment.
The results showcased by Dr. Plinta underscore the system’s ability to enhance patient safety by delivering real-time insights and enabling more proactive clinical interventions as well as saving time.
